These red oval cherry peppers are harvested during the late summer months, hand-filled with fresh tuna and capers, then preserve in the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. The tuna is completely deboned and tender and complemented perfectly by the acidity of the capers. Slightly spicy and sweet.
